Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Taskforce tool now live
A new tool that allows businesses to suggest locations for electric vehicle charging infrastructure has launched on the LoCITY website.
Chaired by Deputy Mayor for Environment and Energy Shirley Rodrigues, the cross-industry Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Taskforce was set up in May to increase the number of electric vehicle charge points across the Capital by 2025.
The taskforce features representatives from the Freight Transport Association, London First, the Federation of Small Businesses, UK Power Networks and a number of other high-profile organisations.
The new Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Taskforce Webpage, accessible via the ‘Information & Support’ dropdown menu on the LoCITY website, allows users to plot up to 10 locations where they believe an electric vehicle charge point would be beneficial to their business.
