LoCITY included in draft transport strategy
The Mayor of London will present his draft transport strategy to the London Assembly at City Hall today.
The strategy confirms a commitment to LoCITY, pledging that Transport for London “will continue to work with the freight industry to help overcome the barriers to adopting clearer vans and heavy goods vehicles” through the programme.
The draft, which covers the next 25 years, also outlines the Mayor’s ambition of making London a zero-emission city and supporting the freight and logistics industry to reduce the impact of deliveries while ensuring efficiency and accessibility.
