Concerns over the residual values of alternatively fuelled vehicles are an issue that needs to be overcome, the body that presents vehicle leasing and rental in the UK has said.

Speaking at the LoCITY Fuels in Action roadshow last week, Patrick Cusworth, senior policy manager at the BVLRA, said: “Many leasing members are concerned with the residual value of vehicles for sale afterwards. 

“We need to look to produce incentives that benefit second, third and fourth owners.”
