Improved collaboration between electric vehicle operators and electricity distributors will see a substantial increase in the number of battery-powered vehicles on London’s roads. 

That is according to Steve Hasley, distributed energy resources development manager at UK Power Networks, who told last week’s LoCITY Fuels in Action roadshow that the company predicts there could be eight gigawatts of electric vehicles on its London, east and southeast of England network by 2030.
