Clean Air Fund confirmed in Budget

A £220m Clean Air Fund to support local authorities in tackling pollution problems has been announced by Chancellor Philip Hammond today.  

The announcement was part of the Chancellor’s Budget, which also included a new £400m Charging Infrastructure Fund.

A further £40m was also made available for vehicle charging research and development.
