Hackney Council aims to have more than 40 electric vehicles in its fleet by the end of the financial year, its corporate fleet manager has confirmed.

Hackney Council has had electric vehicles for the past decade and was an early adopter of electric van conversions.
It has just taken delivery of three Nissan e-NV200s.
