£13m of new ultra low emission funding for London

£13m of new government funding has been made available to encourage greater use of electric and ultra low emission vehicles.

The funding, which has been welcomed by both the Mayor of London and the Chair of London Councils’ Transport and Environment Committee, will be particularly targeted at providing more electric charging points in residential areas of the city.
